Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. I gladly accept returns and exchanges of unused, unworn jewelry within 14 days of purchase. Please get in touch with me within 7 days of receiving your order and ship the item back to me. After 14 days have passed, I will no longer accept returns or exchage requests.
Jewelry that is returned in an imperfect condition, not in its original condition or damaged not due to our error may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and whether the return was approved or rejected.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.
Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email me and I will provide you with shipping information. Please send pictures of the item so I can better understand the nature of the defect or damage.
Shipping costs for refunds and exchanges are to be borne by you. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Girl with the Pearl jewelry is delicate and while sturdy enough to withstand everyday wear, please handle gently.
Although uncommon, if your jewelry malfunctions or breaks within 2 weeks of purchase, I will repair the same at no extra cost. Please get in touch with me and provide pictured of the piece thats needs repair. Please ship the piece back to me. In case the piece cannot be repaired, I will refund the full cost of the item.
After 2 weeks, the jewelry has been worn and unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for how it is treated. I am happy to repair it for you for a fee. Please contact me for details.
