Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. I gladly accept returns and exchanges of unused, unworn jewelry within 30 days of purchase. Please get in touch with me within 7 days of receiving your order and ship the item back to me. After 30 days have passed, I will no longer accept returns or exchage requests.
Jewelry that is returned in an imperfect condition, not in its original condition or damaged not due to our error may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns of post earrings.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and whether the return was approved or rejected.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.
Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email me and I will provide you with shipping information.
Shipping costs for refunds and exchanges are to be borne by you. Shipping costs are non refundable.
